Ben Cropp has been a pioneer and leader in marine filming, with over 46 years experience as a cameraman, director, and producer of some 150 wildlife adventure documentaries televised worldwide.

With all this expertise, and a wealth of knowledge of the best locations, Ben offers the following services to interested film makers.

1. Services as a cameraman and director, both underwater and topside.

2. Ben’s own 60 foot long range catamaran cruiser, top speed 20 knots, sleeping 8, and fitted out for diving and filming. 

3. Camera equipment available :

· Sony NX5P High Definition Camera, for 16:9 HD filming.

· Sony A1 HDV video in underwater housing.

· Underwater lights for HD 16:9 filming.

· HD pole camera in underwater housing, for specialized underwater action.

· Nikon D200 for photo stills

· Miller tripod

4. Stock Footage – a vast library of stock footage in HD and digital betacam, covering all marine creatures, especially sharks, dugong, sea snakes, crocodiles, box jellyfish, and coral reef creatures.

5. Photos - thousands of photos covering most marine subjects.
